Entrepreneurs who have made a final decision to appoint a new member of staff without using our services, regularly place importance on having their decision confirmed by references.

We personally contact specially selected individuals in a variety of positions, who are able to comment on the business expertise and social demeanour of the candidate in question. The results are then summarised in a written report.

In accordance with our principles, references are only sought after the expressed agreement of the candidate.
